We will receive a notification that you have made a request for [number] students on a specific date.
Adventure Beyond will email you to confirm the date, and agree the activity plan for the day based on the specific needs of the group.
In the event of adverse weather conditions, with your agreement, the activities may be changed - from water-based to land-based, for example. If the weather is too severe, or agreement cannot be reached, the day will be cancelled with no liability on either side.
